Shipping and Delivery Policy

We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. We deal with products and services and we deliver services in 1-2 working days’ time. The products including Internet Routers and Cables as a part of the internet plan package shall be delivered by our technical team to the address provided by you. Items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 4 PM IST, paid with a credit card or net banking without complication. Payment complications include different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.

The Routers and Cables are provided as a part of the package free of cost without any additional charges. The products shall be the property of Budanta Networks Private Limited and shall be returned back by you after the expiry or termination of the Internet plan package.
