Cancellation will be accepted if it is cancelled within a time period of 3 weeks.
You may cancel your Budanta Networks Private Limited Internet service for any reason within 14 days of activation without paying an Early Termination Fee (ETF). You're responsible for all fees and charges incurred through cancellation and must return any leased equipment. If you cancel after 14 days and are subject to a term commitment, you must pay service fees and other charges incurred, including an ETF.

You'll be charged an Early Termination Fee (ETF) if you disconnect your Budanta Networks Private Limited Internet service more than 14 days after activation and you have a term commitment. The ETF is prorated and reduced for each month that your Internet service is active. The applicable ETF will appear on your bill as Early Termination Fee within 3 bill periods.
Refund will be processed to the same online mode in 10 to 15 working days.
Our primary focus is complete customer satisfaction. So it is always suggested to read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Budanta Networks Private Limited Broadband provides prepaid services and we do not entertain any Refund/Cancellation of any amount that may have been paid by the Subscriber(s) for an Annual/Semi Annual/Quarterly/Monthly package. It means No Payment Cancellation/Refund is permitted.
Any disputes in regards to payments/ refund/ cancellation of transaction(s) due to technical reasons are subject to arbitration / resolution on a case to case basis. Only in case of non-feasibility of a New Connection, refund is made by Budanta Networks Private Limited Broadband. The time for the refund for such cases is approximately 5 to 7 week from the date of refund confirmation by Budanta Networks Private Limited payment team.
Refundable security deposit against any physical assets will be entertained only on returning
the particular physical asset in working condition.
In case of Billing disputes, Budanta Networks Private Limited Broadband subscriber(s) are required to email us with the specific concern on email@example.com . The concern will be addressed in approximately 5 to 7 weeks, in case, any dispute is identified, it will be compensated by way of a discount / credit note adjusted in the account of the subscriber(s).
Please Note: It will be the responsibility of the customer to verify the identity of salesman/agent before handing over of money, particularly in case of cash payment. In case of any doubt regarding the salesman or price of plan, please confirm the same with our Customer Care (Contact details for the same are mentioned in the Website). Budanta Networks Private Limited will not be responsible for providing service in case of non-receipt of money at its office.
We inspect all items before delivery. We do want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Budanta Networks Private Limited so we go through great lengths to ensure that all Internet plan packages listed in our Website/App are represented accurately with descriptions and pictures. We will honour returns, exchanges or refunds for the reasons below.
If your router or cable arrives in damaged condition or is defective (We do thoroughly inspect each item before delivery).
If you are delivered the wrong router or cable, we will accept your return and deliver the correct one to you as soon as we receive the original item back from you.
To accept returns in these cases, we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the internet plan package over the phone at our Customer Care or mail us mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Budanta Networks Private Limited reserves the right to determine whether the product has a manufacturing defect or otherwise.
